1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your book is delivered to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the book must meet the following strict conditions:

• Unopened & Unwrapped: The book must remain entirely in its original, unopened packaging with the shrink-wrap intact.

• Original Condition: We cannot accept returns for books that have been unwrapped, opened, read, or damaged after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at [Insert Contact Email/Phone] with the following details:

• Your Order Number

• Date of Delivery

• A photo of the unopened book showing the intact wrapping

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD)

Since all our orders are strictly Cash on Delivery, our delivery agents cannot hand cash back to you at the time of a return pickup.

Once your returned book is received and inspected to ensure the wrapping is intact, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via [Bank Transfer / UPI / Store Credit] within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-7] business days. Our team will request your payment details during the return approval process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Books that have had their original plastic wrapping or shrink-wrap removed.

• Books returned after the 7-day window.
